Located on west side of lower level Macys near curb and drain. If you are turning out of the lower lot, its difficult to see. It is approximately 6 to 7 inches deep and wrecked my van. In the short timespan it took for me to do a u turn to photograph it, several cars hit it on the way out. PLEASE FIX THIS DEVESTATING MONSTER OF PAIN
