    Location and Nature of Damage
    The pavement in front of the driveway located at 12138 Country Club (cross street - Palm Ave) is crumbling and chunks of asphalt are missing. Water is ponding and the holes are making it difficult to drive in and out of the driveway. Please repair

    Utility box on the corner of Vivienda and Terrace Ave.

    Utility box on the west side of Grand Terrace High School parking lot entrance

    Citizen called regarding overgrown vegetation on the mt.vernon left side if driving down the hill by the railing. Vegetation is growing over the railing. Please inspect and handle if this is GT jurisdiction, if this area belongs to Colton please inform them. Thank you.
