Most cars speed along Lakeshore Drive at 50, 60, 70mph. Many pedestrians, bike riders, children and families use the sidewalks, along with residents who try to merge onto Lakeshore from their driveways. Speed limit signs are not posted consistently, and traffic enforcement is needed.
