Public Works staff checked Concord to the City limits and did not find this issue. This has been sent to the City of South St. Paul. If there is a cross street that would be very helpful.

The closest cross-street is Annapolis St. E, right near the South Saint Paul border where Concord bows out and about (it's on the lower side of the divide). The closes Lat/Lon coordinates I can get are 44.91991, -93.05993. I just drove by it this morning and the hole is still there.

Public Works staff have located this issue and will address it with a cement or metal plate.

This issue remains unresolved. It looks like they just put a frame around it, but nothing else. Is this stil pending repairs?
